Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the CT direct and indirect features of solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN),and to compare with the pathological findings,so as to assess the value of identified the benign or malignant of multifarious direct or indirect features of SPN in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Method:The CT direct and indirect appearances were analyzed retrospectively in forty-three patients with pathologically proven SPN.Result:The following CT sign were inclined to diagnose of malignant tumor:vacuole sign,pile stone sign,the thin and deep mark,the thin and short forcedly burr and thick margin hole,the eccentricity calcify,the sunken sign of the pleura,the emphysema sign beside the nodule’s end.It abetted the benign diagnoses.For example the retuse modes,the thick and long softly burr,the flimsy margin hole,the sign of the fattiness in the focuse,the calcify was equality and compact.Conclusion:The CT direct and indirect features of solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN)are various.It should be considered in identifying the benign or malignant focus.关键词
