Abstract
Objective:To objective the probability forecast that happen to premature delivery by estimating cervecal length of the ulstrasound. Method:The 312 patients with threatened premature labor were examined by estimating cervecal length of the ulstrasound. The cervical length and pregnancy outcome were recorded and analyzed.Result:After detection,in the 312 patients,69 cases were born prematurely and 54 cases of them cervical length were less than 3 cm.and we found that it had therapeutic value to set 3 cm as the threshold limit value.Conclusion:Cervical length in the prediction of preterm delivery in patients who has preterm symptoms is a certainly significance,and it measures atraumaticly,simply and repeating.关键词
