Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect by using Heart-protecting musk pill(HMP)and simvastatin on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:160 cases of patients with coronary disease and angina pectoris were chosen to diagnosis and treatment from December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital.The patients are divided into two groups, HMP was used on 80 patients in control group,HMP and simvastatin were used on 80 patients in observation group.28 days for a course,for taking six courses.Observed the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Result:After treatment the effective rate of observation group was 95.0%,control group was 70.0%,the observation group higher than in the control group.Compared with two groups of patients with angina pectoris symptom treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram(ECG)treatment in observation group was 80.0%,control group was 50.0%,the observation group higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:It has significant curative effects to the treatment using HMP and simvastatin clinical effect,also the recrudescent time is apparently later than only using HMP.关键词
