摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of for acute myocardial infarction ventricular remodeling of the coronary intervention. Method:118 cases were the patients with acute myocardial infarction from June 2011 to June 2012 in cardiology of our hospital,and they were randomly divided into two groups,all of the patients were given regular medications parallel PCI while the observation group was given Shenxiong glucose injection based on the control group. The ventricular remodeling of the two groups was compared after the treatment. Result:After 4 weeks,the echocardiographic indicators showed significant improvement than 1 week(P<0.05);after 1 week and 4 weeks,the LVESV,LVEDV and LVEF indicators of the observation group were significant differences compared with which of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenxiong glucose injection for acute myocardial infarction ventricular remodeling of coronary intervention can significantly improve ventricular function,inhibit ventricular remodeling,and it has better clinical value.关键词
