摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of ganglioside treatment after operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:100 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 December were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 patients of the control group were given routine treatment,50 patients of the observation group were given ganglioside treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups was analyzed.Result:NIHSS score,ADL score and bleeding surrounding edema volume were compared between the observation group and the control group after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after of the ganglioside treatment has a better effect,can effectively correct the edema,and promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of application and promotion in clinical.关键词
