The Present Situation and Analysis of Gynaecology Security Hidden Danger Existing in Nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analysis of gynaecology security hidden danger existing in nursing, combining with the working experience of the nursing staff to put forward the problems existing in the system solution, so as to improve the medical management level.Method: Gynecological care in our hospital's medical staff in the work of the security hidden danger were retrospectively summarized and corresponding analysis was used.Result:We identified according to the statistical analysis of potential safety hazard of department of gynaecology and summarized the countermeasures and methods,which improved the quality of care and the medical staff's job satisfaction,compared before and after the countermeasures,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:From the nursing security hidden danger existing in the situation and explore countermeasures of department of gynaecology, improve the level of care and treatment of department of gynaecology of nursing and patients satisfaction are the key content of nursing work,it can effectively reduce the incidence of safe hidden trouble,it is worth popularization and application in clinic.关键词
