Abstract
Objective:To discuss the resection perioperative nursing procedure of endoscopy approaching pituitary adenomas through transsphenoidal.Method:The experience of 230 patients’ resection perioperative nursing of endoscopy approaching pituitary adenomas through transsphenoidal under the condition of general anesthesia from Feb 13, 2009 to Dec 13, 2013 were summed up.Result:230 cases had no serious complications during perioperative nursing. Conclusion:Adequate preparation before surgery and post-operative care can reduce the occurrence of pituitary adenoma patients undergoing operative complications.关键词
