心理护理对轻型颅脑损伤患者抑郁及焦虑的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries with Depression and Anxiety

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of psychological nursing for the patients with mild traumatic brain injuries with depression and anxiety.Method:40 patients with mild traumatic brain injuries with obvious symptoms of depression and anxiety were treated with psychological nursing. Before and after treatment, the symptoms of patients, the scores of self-report symptom inventory checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the nursing effect were compared.Result: The depression and anxiety symptoms of patients with mild traumatic brain injuries were significantly relieved,the SCL-90 scores before and after treatment was compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: The targeted psychological care for patients of mild traumatic brain injuries with depression and anxiety, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and SCL-90 scores,it has important clinical significance.关键词
