超声引导下经皮无水乙醇注射治疗颈淋巴结转移癌的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Percutaneous Ethanol Injection of Anhydrous Alcohol for Patients with Neck Lymph Node Metastasis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasound guided by anhydrous alcohol (PEI) for the treatment of cervical lymph node metastasis. Method: 19 cases of cancer with pathological diagnosis and associated with 23 pieces cervical lymph nodes metastasis in our hospital were analyzed .All patients underwent PEI treatment, the volume of lymph node were recorded and the clinical curative effects were observed.Result: After treatment, lymph node lesion size with time showed a declining trend, the effect obvious compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 23 pieces, 12 pieces completely absorbed, 5 pieces absorption>80%,4 pieces of 50%-80%, 2 pieces of absorption less than 50%.Conclusion: PEI therapy has good curative effect for patients with cervical lymph node metastasis,it is worthy of clinical use.关键词
