宫腔镜下手术治疗宫腔内病变的临床应用研究
Clinical Application Study of Surgical Treatment under Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Intrauterine Lesions

Abstract
Objective:To observe and investigate the clinical application value of surgical treatment under hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine lesions.Method:106 patients who were treated in our hospital for uterine cavity lesions from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were given corresponding surgical treatment under hysteroscopy.The situation during the surgical and the situation of follow up were observed.Result:The laparoscopy found that there were 47 cases with subserosal uterine fibroids,10 cases with pelvic adhesions,18 cases with tubal blockage,17 cases with ovarian cysts and 14 cases with uterine perforation and mass.There were 46 cases with mild pain,49 cases with moderate pain and 11 cases with vagus nerve stimulation symptoms.The average operation time was 24.5 minutes and the average bleeding volume was 31.5 mL.The patients were followed up for 6 months,104 cases were followed up successfully and 2 cases lost contract.Most patients’ clinical symptoms were significantly improved. Conclusion:Surgical treatment under hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine lesions has a high clinical effect and the recovery speed is fast,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
