ICU内高钠血症的发病成因及临床治疗效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of continuous blood purification scheme for patients in ICU with hypernatremia disease s.Method:88 patients in ICU with hypernatremia disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,44 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional conservative treatment options,the treatment group was used continuous blood purification scheme.After treatment,the observation indexes of two groups were compared. Result:The effect of ICU patients with hypernatremia disease in treatment group was better than the control group,hypernatremia symptoms disappear time,received ICU treatment time,and total hospitalization time of treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of continuous blood purification program for patients suffering from ICU with hypernatremia disease is very obvious,it is worth to promote in clinical.关键词
