Abstract
Objective:To measure the level of oral health and evaluate the effect of oral invention of rural households in Nanchang city,Jiangxi province. Method:Simple random sampling was taken. 729 residents from 200 rural households were assigned to fill in the questionnaires designed by the national health and family planning commission before and after carrying out oral invention. Result:Before carrying out the oral invention,the rate of caries, caries filling and using fluoride toothpaste was 1.68%,10.56% and 26.90%,separately. After carrying out the oral invention,oral health knowledge,attitudes,behavior and the rate of caries filling improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:We need not only to strengthen the propaganda and education about oral health in rural community,but also to carry on intervention to decrease the dangerous behavior of rural residents.关键词
