早期康复护理模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用
Application of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Mode in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application in the early rehabilitation nursing mode of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:82 stroke patients were selected in our home community health center from January 2013 to January 2014,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,on the basis of that treatment group was given early nursing rehabilitation nursing mode,the nursing effect of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The treatment group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing model of care intervention after the treatment,the total effective rate was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than only conventional model of care nursing intervention in the control group(80.5%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of treatment group was 95.1%,which was significantly higher than 75.6%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention,compared the easy to carry out motor function score and quality of life score of two groups,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05). After nursing intervention,the easy to carry out motor function score and quality of life score of two groups were improved, but the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve hemiplegic stroke patients’ paralyzed limb function,reduce morbidity and improve quality of life,it helps to improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing care.关键词
