Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of developmental care on the growth and development of premature infants.Method:200 cases of premature infants in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with each group 100 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given developmental care on the basis of routine nursing.The secretory volume of gastrin,the situation of growth and development,the occurrence of feeding intolerance and parents satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:2 and 3 months after the nursing,the secretory volumes of gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the nursing,the weight,the height,the occurrence of feeding intolerance and parents satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Developmental care used in premature infants can promote the secretory of gastrin,reduce the occurrence of feeding intolerance and improve parents satisfaction.It is good for premature infants’growth and development and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
