HBV感染者DNA模板库的制备
Preparation of DNA Template Library for HBV Infected Person
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To extract human genomic DNA with HBV infection,and preparation of DNA template for studying the genetic polymorphism of HBV infection.Method:HBV infection of human anticoagulant whole blood were collected,Human genomic DNA was extracted by Miller’s Method.Result:DNA template in HBV infected person included asymptomatic carrier,chronic hepatitis,severe hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma,and part of a healthy blood donors were collected at the same time.Conclusion:The template library is mainly HBV persistent infection,extracted DNA with Miller’s Method has high purity and stability.关键词
