双能量CTA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of dual-energy CT angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Method:A retrospective analysis was studied about the clinical manifestations of 50 cases of intracranial aneurysms and dual-energy CTA signs,including the volume rendering(VRT),the maximum intensity projection(MIP). Result:34 aneurysms were detected out of 50 patients,including 1 anterior cerebral artery aneurysm, 9 anterior communicating artery aneurysms,10 posterior communicating artery aneurysms,4 intracranial internal carotid artery aneurysms,9 middle cerebral artery aneurysms,and 9 basilar artery aneurysms. The maximum diameter of the aneurysm was 15 mm. DSA detected 35 ones,and CTA missed an anterior communicating artery aneurysm. Conclusion:Dual energy CTA is a safe,non-invasive,fast imaging method,which can be used as the preferred screening method.关键词
