摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is a serious threat to the life and health of women’s higher fatality rate of gynecologic malignant tumors. Only deep and study the mechanism of development can explore the new areas for its diagnosis and treatment so as to improve the overall survival of patients. Related factors and the findings of a study of ovarian cancer is relatively more,including survivin factor is current research hotspot. Through review the structure characteristics and mechanism role of survivin,summarizing its development with the incidence of ovarian cancer,angiogenesis,prognosis, correlation between chemotherapy drug resistance and so on,is expected to help the study and treatment of ovarian cancer.关键词
