超声内镜联合MRI扫描在胃癌术前分期中的应用研究
Application of Endoscopic Ultrasonography Combined with MRI Scan in Preoperative Staging of Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of preoperative endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)combined with MRI for prediction of TN stage of gastric cancer before operation.Method:31 case of pathologically confirmed gastric carcinoma were selected from May 2014 to August 2015,they received preoperative endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)combined with MRI for prediction of TN stage.The pathological TN stage was regarded as the gold standard.The coherence of preoperative signs on combined EUS and MRI scan was compared with the gold standard.Result:Compared with histopathologic results, the coherence rates of T and N stage in EUS combined with MRI scan all were 80.6%,the result had a good coherence (Kappa=0.65,P<0.05).Conclusion:As a conclusion,combined EUS and MRI has a high predictive value for TN stage of gastric cancer before operation.关键词
