高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效及预后研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment effect and prognosis effect of hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method:98 newborns with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of control group.The differences in treatment effect,clinical symptoms and complications of treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:The recovery times of consciousness state,original reflex,muscle tension,anterior fontanelle tension,breathing and complexion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 73.47% of the control group,the incidence of sequelae in the treatment group was 16.33%,which was significantly lower than 55.10%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is remarkable,can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of sequelae,and improve the patients’ quality of life,has high clinical value.关键词
