摘要

Abstract

Objective: To explore the value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography to assess ventricular systolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Method: 39 patients with DCM were selected as the study group in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015, at the same time 39 cases healthy check-up as the control group,they were given real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound checked, the two groups of patients with ventricular function parameters were compared.Result: The patients with left and right ventricular stroke volume in study group compared with those of control group, there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05);the left and right ventricular ejection fraction in study group were lower than those of the control group, end-diastolic volume and end-contraction volume were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). The study group patients with ventricular systolic function under the condition of 2D and 3D each indexes were statistically significant differences(P<0.01);under the condition of 2D and 3D measurement of left and right ventricular ejection fraction was positively correlation (r=0.65,P<0.01;r=0.67,P<0.01).Conclusion:Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can accurately evaluate left and right ventricular function in patients with DCM, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
