Abstract
Objective:To classify children psychology using Eysenck personality questionnaire,and to conduct individualized psychological care on children during perioperative period in order to work out better mode of nursing. Method:Two hundred children for surgical treatment admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as research objects,according to the different nursing methods,they were divided into the observation group (individualized psychological nursing) and the control group (usual nursing),100 cases in each group.The changes of anxiety value in children and their parents before and after nursing under two mode of nursing were compared,and the nursing satisfaction on parents in two groups were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the anxiety value of children and their parents before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety value of children and their parents in the observation group were significantly lower than before nursing,and which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 67.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=39.52,P=0.0000).Conclusion:Eysenck personality questionnaire applied to conduct psychological classification on children can provide children with psychological nursing, improve the nursing quality,ease anxiety emotions of children,and improve nursing satisfaction.Individualized psychological nursing under Eysenck personality questionnaire is worthy of wide application.关键词
