Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of different doses of Budesonide inhalation for the treatment of children with acute asthma.Method:78 children with acute asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomlydivided into the observation group Ⅰ,the observation group Ⅱ and the control group,the control group was given oral Prednisone + Terbutaline inhalation therapy,on this basis,the observation groupⅠ was treated with 0.5 mg Budesonide,the observation group Ⅱ was treated with 1 mg Budesonide, the treatment effects of the three groups were compared.Result:Compared with before treatment,the clinical symptoms,PEF,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of patients in the three groups after treatment were significant improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly better than those of the control group,the lung function improvement of the observation group Ⅱ were significantly better than the observation group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in observation group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of large doses of Budesonide inhalation for the treatment of children with acute asthma is better,not only can improve the pulmonary function of children,but also can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
