佛山市早产儿视网膜病诊治情况分析
Analysis of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Retinopathy of Prematurity in Foshan City

Abstract
Objective:To retrospective analyze the diagnosis and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in Foshan,and provide a theoretical basis for the better prevention and treatment of ROP in premature infants.Method:The clinical data of 502 gestational age < 37 weeks premature infants which were screened for ROP from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital neonatal were retrospective analyzed.The risk factors for the incidence of ROP were analyzed by single factor chi square test. The incidence and control of ROP were summarized,and the intervention effect of relevant prevention and control measures were observed.Result:A total of 502 cases of the premature infants for ROP screening,32 cases of bilateral ROP lesions,the incidence rate was 6.37%.The groups were gestational age less than 28 weeks group,-32 weeks group,-34 weeks group,>34 weeks group,the incidence was statistically significant( 字2=29.66,P<0.005);birth weightis less than or equal to1000 g group,-1500 g group,-2000 g group, the incidence was statistically significant( 字2=10.37,P<0.05);the incidence of ROP of oxygen therapy group was higher( 字2=4.32,P<0.05),the incidence of ROP of mechanical ventilation group was higher( 字2=20.18,P<0.005). Conclusion:The incidence rate of ROP was 6.37% in Foshan City,low gestational age,low birth weight, oxygen therapy,mechanical ventilation are important risk factors for the pathogenesis of ROP.The early,specification and whole process screening and treatment of ROP in preterm infants can effectively reduce the incidence and improve the prognosis.关键词
