Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP) levels in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:96 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group,while 100 healthy people who received health examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.Plasma CRP levels of the two groups were detected.The relationships between plasma CRP levels and early neurological function and cognitive function were analyzed in the observation group. Result:In the observation group,the light,medium and severe cerebral hemorrhage patients' plasma CRP levels were significantly higher than that in the control group.The plasma CRP levels of the medium and severe cerebral hemorrhage patients were significantly higher than that of the light cerebral hemorrhage patients.The plasma CRP level of the severe cerebral hemorrhage patients was significantly higher than that of the middle cerebral hemorrhage patients.The differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Plasma CRP level was an independent risk factor for early neurological deterioration.The CRP level in patients with cognitive dysfunction was significantly higher than that in patients without cognitive dysfunction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma CRP can reflect the severity of cerebral hemorrhage and can judge the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients.关键词
