健步汤配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究
The Study of Jianbu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jianbu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:100 cases of lumber disc prolapse were randomly divied into treatment group and control group, each of 50 cases.The treatment group were treated with Jianbu decoction and acupuncture, while the control group were treated with Yunnan Baiyao capsules,diclofenac sodium enteric coated tablets and acupuncture. The course for 20 days, and then the curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment, therapeutic efficiency ratio of the treatment group was 96%,which was statisfically higher than that of 70% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianbu decoction combined with acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation.关键词
