以壳聚糖磷酸降解产物制作妇科医用敷料的抑菌实验研究
Study on Antibacterial Test of Gynecological Medical Dressings Made by Chitosan Phosphate Degradation Products
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the antibacterial effect of the gynecological medical dressings made by chitosan phosphate degradation products.Method:Firstly,the chitosan degradation products were made by phosphoric acid degradation and made into the derived dressings.Then their minimum bacteriostatic concentration (MIC) for standard strains and their antibacterial performance were determined.Result:The MIC of chitosan phosphate degradation products for staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and candida albicans were 0.25,0.25 and 0.5 mg/mL respectively.The diameter of inhibition zone of suppository dressings for staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and candida albicans were 13,13 and 11 mm respectively,while the diameter of inhibition zone of hydrogel dressings for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans were 14,14 and 12 mm respectively.Conclusion:Chitosan phosphate degradation products have certain antibacterial properties,which can be popularized and applied in the production of gynecological medical dressings.关键词
