老年内科危重症患者急性肾衰竭的临床治疗分析
Analysis of Clinical Treatment in Critical Patients with Acute Renal Failure in Elderly Department of Internal Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the clinical therapeutic effect of acute renal failure patients in elderly department of internal medicine.Method:130 patients with severe acute renal failure in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy for intervention,the observation group was given comprehensive therapy for treatment.The situation of the patients after treatment and the situation of patients' satisfaction were observed and compared.Result:The effective rate,the occurrence of complication,the satisfaction rate of the patients,the mortality rate,the scores of APACGEⅡ and the incidence of MODS in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the method of comprehensive treatment in critical patients with acute renal failure in elderly department of internal medicine can receive a better effect.It can not only improve the effective rate,lower patients' mortality rate but also can get the recognition of clinical patients.It is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
