压差试验在高频彩超诊断浅表软组织血管瘤中的应用评价
Evaluation of the Differential Pressure Test in the High-frequency Color Doppler Diagnosis of Superficial Soft Tissue Hemangioma

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic effects of the differential pressure test in the high-frequency color doppler diagnosis of SSTH.Method:103 cases of superficial soft tissue masses were conducted high-frequency color doppler examination and the differential pressure test.In the pressurization or depressurization process of the test, emerges transient color doppler signal was positive, otherwise was negative. The test results with postoperative pathology or clinical follow-up results were compared to evaluate the diagnostic effects of the test in the high-frequency color doppler diagnosis of SSTH.Result:The test results were positive for 30 cases and negative for 73 cases. The postoperative pathology or clinical follow-up results were 31 cases of SSTH (group A), 72 cases of non-superficial soft tissue hemangioma (group B).The sensitivity of diagnose,specificity and accuracy rating was respectively 93.55%(29/31),98.61% (71/72)and 97.09%(100/103).Conclusion:The test has a high sensitivity, high specificity and high accuracy characteristics in the high-frequency color doppler diagnosis of SSTH. The test is simple and safe, and has an important diagnostic value of soft tissue mass, especially in SSTH.关键词
