老年膝关节退行性骨病患者应用综合护理的价值研究
Value of Senile Knee Degenerative Bone Disease in Patients with Comprehensive Care
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the knee degenerative bone disease in elderly patients with comprehensive care value.Method:84 elderly patients with knee degenerative bone disease in our hospital were selected as subjects in this study from March 2012 to September 2014, according the admission time they were divided into observation group for 43 cases and control group for 41 cases,all patients were treated with non-steroidal drugs,the control group was given conventional care, the observation group was treated with integrated care.The clinical efficacy and patients’ satisfaction of two groups were analysed and compared.Result:Observation group total effective rate was 97.67%, while the total efficiency of control group was 78.05%,compared two groups of that,the difference was statistically significant (u=3.4120,P=0.0006). The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.67%,while the total satisfaction rate of control group was 87.80%,compared two groups of that,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of integrated care in the treatment of degenerative bone disease in the elderly knee has higher targeted and clinical efficacy. The clinical symptoms, knee function and patients’ satisfaction significantly improved,it also helps doctors improving patients’ relationship, to avoid disputes,patients maintain a good attitude is more conducive to a healthy recovery.关键词
