Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of quality care in breast cancer care process.Method: In our hospital, 85 breast cancer patients were selected as research subjects, using random double-blind study divided them into study groups (43 cases) and control group (42 cases), which were applied quality care and routine care respectively, after care, to observe care effect.Result: SAS, SDS score improvement of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05);symptoms, the physiological function of the body, mind emotions, and social activities of daily living scores of the study group were higher those of the control group (P<0.05); complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality care in the process of implementing the conclusions of the breast cancer patients can effectively improve the psychological status of patients and reduce the complication rate.关键词
