摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for detection of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg),hepatitis C virus antibody (anti-HCV),AIDS virus antibody (anti-HIV) and treponema pallidum antibody (anti–TP) before the blood transfusion.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 1026 patients with blood transfusion institute in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and they were tested by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method before blood transfusion. The positive detection rate of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg),HBsAg,hepatitis C virus antibody (anti-HCV),AIDS virus antibody (anti -HIV) and treponema pallidum antibody (anti-TP) were researched and analyzed.Result:HbsAg detection test was the highest of 9.94% in 1026 patients before blood transfusion,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP was respectively 1.75%,0.19% and 2.24%, compared with the positive rate of different indicators, the difference was statistically significant( χ²=278.14,P<0.05).Statistical analysis and comparison to the distribution department of the positive rate of different indicators, the positive rate in the pathological obstetrics was the highest of 29.66%, compared different departments’ relevant indicators of positive rate distribution, the difference was statistically significant ( χ²=73.52,P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some diseases before blood transfusion infection rate, the infection rate of hepatitis B is high, and there are some differences in the distribution of different departments,it is necessary to use the method of ELISA before blood transfusion HBsAg,anti-HCV, anti-HIV and anti-TP detection.关键词
