Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment for infantile pneumonia. Method: 120 infantile pneumonia patients were chosen from 2013 March to 2014 April in our hospital, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group contained 60 cases. The control group used erythromycin treatment, observation group used azithromycin treatment, the two groups were observed for one therapy session, and treatment effects were compared.Result: The total effectiveness of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05). Incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 13.3%, which was lower than 83.3% of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance.Conclusion:Azithromycin is used to treat pediatric pneumonia, curative effect is distinct, adverse reactions in children with small, worth clinical promotion.关键词
