摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the teaching effects of puncture simulators in teaching of internal medicine nursing .Methods Totally 140 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .The experimental group practiced pleural puncture and abdominal puncture on multifunctional puncture simulators while the control group just watched puncture videos .Results The experimental group had a significantly higher total score of operating than the control group ( P<0 .05 ) . The experimental group was also significantly superior to the control group in preoperative preparation , operation process , proficiency and aseptic operation , but not in puncture site . Conclusion Multifunctional puncture simulator significantly improves students 'practice ability, but it has its limitations and remains to be further improved.关键词
