Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effects of hysteroscopic electrocision and dilatation curettage for the treatment of endometrial polyps.Method100 patients with endometrial were selected as research objects in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2012, according to the order of the medical treatment, they were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Observation group patients were treated with hysteroscopic electrocision, control group patients were treated with hysteroscopic dilatation and curettage. The operation conditions, clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.ResultAll patients were successfully completed the surgery, and there were no signiifcant differences in operation time, bleeding volume and length of hospital stay between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no signiifcant difference in menstrual volume before the treatment in the two groups (P>0.05). 3 months after treatment, with menstrual volume of the two groups patients were significantly decreased, observation group was significantly less than control group (P<0.05). The normal rate and symptom remission rate of observation group were higher than control group, the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps was lower than control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).ConclusionHysteroscopic electrocision and dilatation and curettage are effective procedure for the treatment of endometrial polyps, but hysteroscope electrocision can signiifcantly relieve the symptoms, postoperative recurrence rate is low, less adverse reaction, can be used as the ifrst choice in the treatment of endometrial polyps.关键词
