白癜风患病人群常见自身免疫性疾病调查研究
The analysis of common autoimmune diseases in patients with vitiligo

Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the common autoimmune diseases in patients with vitiligo and to provide for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases.Method978 patients with vitiligo from January 2007 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The self-designed questionnaires were adopt for patients. The basic situation, age, autoimmune disease, infection situation and the disease of ifrst degree relative were surveyed.Result174 patients had the family history in 978 cases of vitiligo patients, accounted for 17.8%. The average age onset of patients with family history were earlier than patients without family history and the average duration were longer than patients without family history. The incidence of rheumatoid arthritis, chronic urticaria, alopecia areata and psoriasis of patients with vitiligo were higher than common people. The incidence of rheumatoid arthritis, chronic urticaria, alopecia areata of ifrst degree relative with vitiligo were higher than common people. The incidence of hyperthyroidism, chronic urticaria, alopecia areata and psoriasis of patients with family history was higher than patients without family history (P<0.05). ConclusionGenetic factors and immune factors play an important role in the vitiligo. The vitiligo may have a common basis with certain autoimmune diseases.关键词
