不同疗程左氧氟沙星辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎效果分析OACSTPCD
Effect of different course of levolfoxacin in the treatment of tuberculous pleuritis
目的：探讨不同疗程左氧氟沙星辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选取本院84例结核性胸膜炎患者为研究对象，按照疗程不同分为对照组与治疗组，每组各42例。两组患者均采用四联抗结核标准治疗，对照组患者加用左氧氟沙星治疗1周，治疗组患者加用左氧氟沙星治疗2周～3个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、胸腔穿刺抽液量及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者胸腔穿刺抽液量及治疗有效率比较均无显著差异（P＞0.05）；治疗组患者不良反应发生率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05…查看全部>>
