Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect and safety of different courses of levolfoxacin in the treatment of tuberculous pleuritis.MethodSelected 84 cases of patients with tuberculous pleuritis in our hospital as research objects, according to the treatment regimen, they were divided into control group and treatment group, 42 cases in each group. All patients were treated with anti-tuberculosis standard therapy;control group patients were treated with levolfoxacin for one week; treatment group patients were treated with levolfoxacin for 2 weeks to 3 months. Clinical efifcacy, pleural lfuid volume, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultThere were no signiifcant differences in clinical efifcacy and pleural lfuid volume between the two groups (P>0.05); adverse reaction rate of treatment group was higher than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionPatients with tuberculous pleuritis adding the treatment of long course of levolfoxacin have a matching curative effect with short course of levolfoxacin therapy on the basis of quadruple anti-TB’ treatment standard, but the former has more adverse reactions.关键词
