摘要

Abstract

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of the multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma.MethodCollected 60 patients who had the history of hematuria and suspected bladder carcinoma in our hospital as objects of study, adopted multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging and ifber cystoscopy and biopsy of tissue specimen, compared the detection rate of bladder carcinoma and the different lesions found in bladder carcinoma between the two methods, analyzed the authenticity and reliability of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging on bladder carcinoma.Result54 cases of bladder carcinoma were detected from 60 cases of patients by using ifber cystoscopy and biopsy, 50 cases of patients with bladder carcinoma were detected from 60 cases of patients by using multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging, the differences of detection rate of bladder trigone, wall of the right side and the left side of the bladder carcinoma lesions between multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging and ifber cystoscopy were not signiifcantly different (P>0.05); sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging in the diagnosis of patients with bladder carcinoma was 90.7%, speciifcity was 83.3%, positive predictive value was 98.0%, negative predictive value was 50.0%, the correct index was 74.0%.ConclusionMulti-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging has high detection rate on bladder carcinoma, it has accurate and reliable value.
