Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the inlfuence of different loading dose statins on the living conditions of elderly patients with coronary heart disease before PCI.Method150 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI were collected from January 2010 to September 2013. All patients were divided into low-dose group, medium-dose group and high-dose group according to the dose of statin. All patients received PCI within 72 hours admitted to hospital. Then the levels of CK-MB, hs-CRP, cTNI, ALT, LDL, TC and the PCI related complications of the three groups were compared.Result24 hours after operation, the hs-CRP and CK-MB levels of the three goups patients were higher than preoperative signiifcantly (P<0.05). The cTNI level of low-dose group and medium-dose group were higher than preoperative signiifcantly (P<0.05). The ALT level of high-dose group was higher than preoperative signiifcantly (P<0.05). The cTNI and hs-CRP levels of high-dose group were signiifcantly lower than low-dose group (P<0.05). 1 month after operation, the levels of LDL and TC of the three groups were signiifcantly lower than preoperative, high-dose group reduced more obviously (P<0.05), and the LDL success rate of high-dose group was signiifcantly higer than low-dose group (χ2=6.524,P=0.012). The incidence of myocardial injury related to PCI of three groups had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). The incidence of myocardial infarction and MACE related to PCI of high-dose group were signiifcantly lower than medium-dose group and low-dose group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-dose statin before PCI can reduce complicaltion of the patients with coronary heart disease, and can obviously improve living condition, worth to be promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
