Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of lattic CO2 laser in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Method92 patients with atrophic acne scars in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were treated with lattic CO2 laser for 4 times. The curative effects and adverse reactions were observed.Result After treatment, the number of cured, excellent, effective and invalid patients were 18 (19.56%), 30 (32.61%), 31 (33.67%) and 13 (14.13%), respectively. The total effective rate was 85.87%. There was no significant difference among the curative effect of patient with different disease course (P>0.05). The total effective rate increased with the treatment times, with signiifcant difference (P<0.01). Patients had red or swelling, local burning sensation, mild pain and discomfort, 3 cases of mild infectious pustules, used chlortetracycin hydrochloride eye ointment for 3 days remission; 1 case of pigmentation, subsided within 2 months; 1 case of persistent redness, after 2 months of extinction.ConclusionLattic CO2 laser is an effective and safety method to treat atrophic acne scars, multiple treatment is recommended for the way.关键词
