摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical applications of ultrasound on neonatal sacrococcygeal teratoma. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 36 patients with GE E8 ultrasonography examination of the newborn sacrococcygeal teratoma sonographic control pathology results, and pathological sonographic features were analyzed. Results: pathological results, 26 cases of benign and malignant in 10 cases. In the group of patients with benign sonographic manifestations of cystic 18 cases, seven cases of mixed, solid one case;in cases of malignant sonographic manifestations of cystic one case, mixed four cases of malignant 5 cases. Benign cystic teratoma or ultrasound showed more mixed, form more regular, visible signs of lipid stratification. Malignant dominated mostly solid performance for not only the whole interior wall echo clutter, tumor boundary is not clear. Conclusion:With the increase in the real component of malignant tumor, the greater the likelihood of ultrasonography helps newborns to identify benign and malignant sacrococcygeal teratoma.关键词
