摘要
Abstract
Objective: Analysis of multislice CT angiography imaging technology in the imaging characteristics of moyamoya disease, improve vascular imaging in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease. Methods:Using multislice CT angiography imaging characteristics, analysis and improve and multislice CT vascular imaging in the diagnosis of head and neck moyamoya disease. Results: Among sixty eight cases of patients, 31 cases involved in the end part of the right internal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery, 4 cases in simple anterior artery and middle artery, 3 case in middle artery, 16 cases in left internal carotid artery and anterior artery, 4 cases in simple middle artery and anterior artery, 3 cases in simple middle artery, 4 cases in anterior artery, 3 cases in bilateral internal carotid artery (1 case of combined with left anterior cerebral artery and middle artery). The diagnosis coincidence rate between MSCTA and digital subtraction angiography was 98.3%effectively. Conclusion:Multislice CT angiography imaging technology can be as a means of screening of moyamoya disease, effective application in clinical work, at the same time can reduce the risk in the cerebral angiogram, significantly increase the rate of clinical examination and diagnosis of moyamoya disease, to better service for patients MSCTA.关键词
