Abstract
Objective: To learn about post requirement and occupational quality of major in Medical Imaging Technique, and innovate pattern of personnel cultivation and qualified skilled personnel. Methods:Investigate and survey every kind of hospital in Beijing about professional talent and occupational quality on medical imaging technique, and analyze the survey data. Results: With the analysis of research, the personnel cultivation plan is made. Conclusion:Research report provides sound basis for our college to make personnel cultivation plan, so as to improve construction and development of medical imaging technique major.关键词
