Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinic value and advantage of DCE and DWI in the diagnosis of breast diseases at 3.0T MR, in order to determine the reasonable scan sequence.Methods: A retrospective analysis of MRI examinations was performed in 60 patients with histologically proved breast diseases. Compare the sensitivity and specificity of three groups of methods of scan+DWI and scan+DCE and scan+DWI+DCE for diagnosis of breast diseases.Results: The sensitivity and specific degree of three groups of of Scan+DWI, scan+DCE, scan+DWI+DCE are 67.6%, 89%, 86% and 88%, 84%, 88%.The detecting rate are significant difference(x2=9.271,P<0.05), and there are statistically significant differences. The comparison between groups of Scan+DWI and scan+DCE is remarkable difference(x2=6.773,P<0.05). The comparison between groups of Scan+DWI+DCE and scan+DCE is no remarkable difference, there isn’t statistic meaning in the difference(x2=0.158,P>0.05).Conclusion: Scan+DCE have high value in the diagnosis of breast tumors, which can be used as a standard scan sequence for preoperative breast diseases.关键词
