Abstract
Objective To explore the analgesia effect of clinical nursing pathways for the laparoscopic cholecystectomy with ketorolac tromethamine treatment. Methods A total of 86 patients in the hospital underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups, which were treated with ketorolac tromethamine. The study group received clinical nursing pathways, and the control group were received common nursing. Results VAS scores shown that study group were lower than control group at each time points, the differ-ences between the two groups were significant when compared at the same point ( P ﹤ 0. 05, P ﹤ 0. 01 );the incidences of adverse reactions of two groups were low, and the incidence of nausea, and vomiting, and dizziness in study group was obviously less than con-trol group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ); the analgesic satisfaction of two groups were high, and the analgesia satisfaction of study group were higher when compared to the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the exhaust time and feeding time postoperative of study group were significantly low-er than control group ( P ﹤ 0. 01 ) , and the time to begin exercise also had significant difference ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Clinical nursing pathways combined with ketorolac tromethamine has obvious analgesic effect. It can be effective in reducing nausea, vomiting and dizziness, and effectively shortens the recovery time, increases analgesia satisfaction of patients, and worthy of clinical application.关键词
