玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合环形分离整体剔除术治疗角膜铁屑异物81例
Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops Combined with Annular Separation Myomectomy in Treating Corneal Foreign Body of Iron Scrap in 81 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with annular separation myomectomy in treating corneal foreign body of iron scrap. Methods 162 eyes of 162 cases of patients with corneal foreign body of iron scrap were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 81 cases in each group. The experimental group underwent annular separation myomectomy, then were given levofloxacin eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops after operation. The control group un-derwent the same operation, then were given levofloxacin eye drops only. Patients were further consulted on the 2, 4, 6, 8 d after opera-tion, and the ocular symptoms, wound healing of the cornea, corneal fluorescein staining, corneal infections were observed. Results On the 4th day after operation, the cure rate in the experiment group was 60. 49%, and 43. 21% in the control group (χ2=32. 13, P=0. 019 );the total effective rate in the experiment group was 83. 95%, and 65. 43% in the control group (χ2=34. 59, P=0. 012 ) . On the 6th day after operation, the cure rate in the experiment group was 93. 83%, and 80. 25% in the control group (χ2=26. 31, P=0. 021 ) , the total effective rate in the experiment group was 96. 30%, and 87. 65% in the control group (χ2=33. 56, P=0. 018 ) . The corneal healing time on average of the experimental group was ( 3. 52 ± 0. 25 ) d, and ( 4. 53 ± 0. 35 ) d in the control group ( t=2. 156, P=0. 019). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with annular separation myomectomy in treating corneal foreign body of iron scrap can significantly speed up the time of corneal wound healing, the effect is remarkable and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
