Optimization of Extraction Technology for Yanbianning Granules by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Yanbianning granules,and to determine the best extraction technology. Methods The chlorogenic acid,which was the effective component of Yanbianning granules,was used as the index.L9(34) orthogonal experiment table was used to carry on the test.The effects of different amount of added water,extraction time and extraction times on the content of chlorogenic acid and total dry extract yield were studied.Results The extraction times had the most influence on the content chlorogenic acid.The optimum extraction techmology of Yanbianning granules was as follows:8-fold water,extracting for 3 times,lasting 1.5 hours each time.Conclusion The extraction technology is stable with good reproducibility,and can be used in the large-scale production of the Yanbianning Granules.关键词
