摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of alanine glutamine injection on the immune function of patients with gastric cancer after gastric cancer surgery, and to evaluate its rational drug use. Methods 64 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group. After operation, patients in control group were given fat emulsion, amino acids(17)and glucose(1 1%)injection for parenteral nutrition,on this basis the observation group used alanyl glutamine injection treatment. The treatment lasted for 7 d.Results 2 d after operation, two groups of patients with Ig and T cell subsets were significantly decreased(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).7 d after operation, only the T cells of the control group were statistically significant(P <0.05).After 2 d,albumin and BMI of the two groups were decreased significantly compared with the preoperative(P <0.05),and 7 d after operation, the two indicators of observation group reached the preoperative level and increased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05 ).Conclusion The alanine glutamine injection can improve the cellular immune function in patients with gastric cancer after operation can significantly improve the level of wound healing. In addition, the drug compatibility can effectively reduce the adverse drug reactions and thus ensure the safety of drug use.关键词
