Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard for Huangqijiangzhuo Granules.Methods The Radix Astragali,Rosalaevigata Mickx,Rheum Palmatum were identified by TCL and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC.Results The dapples in the TLC plate are clean and the result of Separation is good.and the negative control showed no interference.The mass concentration of astragaloside Ⅳ has a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 5.42-212.52 μg/mL(r2=0.999 9,n=6),the average recovery of astraloside Ⅳ was 97.33%,RSD=1.85%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and specific,and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.关键词
