Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with Nimodipine in treating cerebral vasospasm (CVS ) after intracranial aneurysms surgery.Methods Totally 50 patients with CVS after intracranial aneurysms surgery from January 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given ni-modipine,the study group received Xingnaojing injection combined with Nimodipine.Results The effective rate of GCS was 52.00% in the study group,which was significantly higher than 24.00% of the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with Nimodipine can significantly improve the efficacy of treating patients with CVS after intracranial aneurysms surgery.关键词
