摘要

Abstract

Objective To mine the ADR signals induced by rivaroxaban, and to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods Report odds ratio method was used to mine the signals from the ADR reports of Adverse Event Reporting System for the United States from first quarter to third quarter in 2013, the signals of bleeding in various parts causing by rivaroxaban were discovered. Results 70 warning signals of bleeding in various parts causing by rivaroxaban were obtained,some of which were the new adverse reactions that are not mentioned by the instructions. Conclusion Mining the ADR signals of bleeding in various parts induced by rivaroxaban can provide references for clinical rational drug use.
